Last Updated: July 14, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Zorri (“we,” “us”), operated by Zorriapp LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares your information. By using Zorri, you consent to the practices described here.

- Name and username
- Email address and password
- Profile photo
- Location (town/ZIP — we do not collect precise street addresses)
- Bio
- Content you post (photos, videos, captions, comments, reviews)
- Messages you send to other users
Service Providers additionally:

- Professional licenses, business licenses, and insurance documents (if submitted)

- Descriptions of work you need done
Collected automatically:
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Usage data (screens viewed, interactions, session times)
- Approximate location derived from IP or the location you provide
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and maintain your account; display your profile, posts, and content to other users; match Service Providers with relevant nearby job requests; send you notifications (in-app and email); enable messaging between users; review Verified badge applications; detect fraud, abuse, and Terms violations; improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.
4. What Is Public vs. Private
Publicly visible (to anyone, including logged-out visitors):
- Your username, profile photo, bio, and town
- Service Providers’ posted work (photos/videos), categories, ratings, and reviews
- Comments you post
- Verified badge status
Visible to signed-in users only:
- Job request photos and videos (including images of your property)
- Job descriptions
Private (never shown publicly):
- Your email address and password
- Government ID, licenses, and insurance documents — stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to you and Zorri administrators
- Your direct messages (visible only to you and the recipient)
- Your precise location (we never collect or display street addresses)
5. Government IDs and Sensitive Documents
If you submit identification or credential documents for verification, they are stored in a private storage bucket with access restricted to you and Zorri administrators. They are never publicly accessible and are never displayed on your profile or in the feed. They are used solely to review your Verified badge application. We retain them while your account is active and delete them when you delete your account.
6. Photos of Your Property
If you post a job request, your photos and videos may show the interior or exterior of your home or property. These are visible to signed-in users of the Platform, including Service Providers who may respond.
We strongly recommend you do not post images that reveal security systems, locks, or vulnerabilities; valuables; sensitive documents or personal information; or anything you would not want other users to see.
You control what you upload. You may delete a job post at any time, which removes its media from the Platform and our storage.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information:
- With other users (as described in Section 4)
- With service providers we use to operate the Platform (hosting, database, email delivery, push notifications), who process data on our behalf
- When required by law (valid subpoena, court order, or legal process)
- To protect safety (to prevent harm, fraud, or illegal activity)
- In a business transfer (if Zorriapp LLC is acquired or merged)
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Resend (transactional email). Push notification providers may be added. These providers have their own privacy practices.
9. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, access controls, and row-level security. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Platform at your own risk.
10. Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- Access and update your information through your profile and Settings
- Control notifications through Settings
- Delete your account at any time through Settings (permanently removing your profile, posts, media, messages, jobs, reviews, and submitted documents)
- Delete individual posts and job requests at any time
- Block and report other users
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as data access or portability). Contact info@zorriapp.com to exercise them.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and uploaded media. Some information may persist in backups for a limited period, and we may retain records where required by law or to resolve disputes.
12. Children’s Privacy
Zorri is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact info@zorriapp.com.
Some services listed on Zorri (tutoring, lessons, children’s parties) may be performed for minors, but the account holder must be an adult.
13. Location Information
We collect your town or ZIP code to show you nearby Service Providers and to match Service Providers with local job requests. We do not collect, store, or display precise street addresses.
14. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
