Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zorri (“the Platform,” “we,” “us”), operated by Zorriapp LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Zorri. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Zorri is a discovery platform. We connect people who provide services (“Service Providers”) with people who need services (“Users”). We display Service Providers’ work and allow parties to communicate.

Zorri is NOT:

• An employer, contractor, or agent of any Service Provider
• A party to any agreement between a User and a Service Provider
• A guarantor of any Service Provider’s work, conduct, qualifications, licensing, insurance, or safety
• A payment processor — all payment arrangements are made directly between the parties, off-platform

We do not vet, endorse, supervise, or recommend any Service Provider. Service Providers are independent third parties. Any decision to contact, hire, meet, or allow a Service Provider into your home or around your family is made solely at your own risk and discretion.

Zorri does not conduct background checks, criminal history checks, reference checks, or credential verification on any user, including Service Providers.

We do not verify that any Service Provider is licensed, insured, bonded, or legally permitted to perform the services they offer; is competent, safe, honest, or qualified; has no criminal history; or has any particular skill or experience.

You are solely responsible for evaluating anyone you interact with through Zorri, including checking their credentials, references, licensing, and insurance before hiring them or allowing them into your home.

Some Service Providers display a “Verified” badge. This badge means only that Zorri reviewed a government-issued ID and any documents that provider chose to submit. It is not an endorsement, guarantee, or certification of competence, safety, character, licensing status, or trustworthiness.

A Verified badge does not mean we performed a background check, confirmed the person is qualified or safe, verified their license is current or valid, or assume any responsibility for their conduct.

Do not rely on the Verified badge as a substitute for your own due diligence.

Zorri lists categories that may involve working with minors (tutoring, lessons, children’s party services, and others). Zorri does not conduct background checks on any provider, including those in these categories.

If you engage a provider for services involving a child: meet in a public place first, ask for and independently verify references and credentials, ensure a responsible adult is present during any in-home session, and use your own judgment.

Zorri assumes no responsibility for the safety of any person, including minors, in connection with services arranged through the Platform.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you post (“Your Content”). By posting, you grant Zorri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on and in connection with the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content; that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; that it does not contain unlicensed music, copyrighted material, or anyone’s likeness without permission; and that you have permission to photograph and post any property, work, or person depicted.

Job photos: If you post a job request, your photos may show the interior or exterior of your property. Job photos are visible to signed-in users of the Platform. Do not post images that reveal security vulnerabilities, valuables, sensitive documents, or anything you do not want other users to see. You post at your own risk.

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content
• Post illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content
• Post content involving the exploitation, sexualization, or endangerment of minors
• Solicit or arrange illegal services
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse other users’ data or images
• Circumvent or interfere with the Platform’s security or features
• Use the Platform for spam
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, licensing, or insurance status

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without notice.

Zorri provides tools to report content, users, messages, and reviews. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor, review, or remove any content, and our failure to act on a report does not create liability.

Reviews reflect the opinions of the users who write them. Zorri does not verify the accuracy of any review. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms but are not obligated to.

Zorri does not process payments. All financial arrangements — pricing, payment method, deposits, refunds, and disputes — are made directly between Users and Service Providers, entirely off-platform. Zorri is not responsible for any payment dispute, non-payment, overcharge, fraud, or financial loss arising from any transaction.

ZORRI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We make no warranty regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any Service Provider, User, service, or content on the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORRIAPP LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PROPERTY, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

IN PARTICULAR, ZORRI IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Any act, omission, conduct, or work of any Service Provider or User
• Any injury, death, property damage, theft, or loss occurring in connection with services arranged through the Platform
• Any harm arising from any in-person meeting, home visit, or interaction between users
• Any harm to any minor
• Any payment dispute or financial loss
• Any content posted by any user
• Any unauthorized access to or misuse of your data

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zorriapp LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, any dispute between you and another user, or any services you provide or receive through the Platform.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USING ZORRI INVOLVES REAL-WORLD RISK, including meeting strangers, allowing people into your home, entering others’ homes, and relying on unverified representations. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

Service Providers are independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Zorri and any user. Service Providers are solely responsible for their own taxes, licensing, insurance, tools, and compliance with all applicable laws.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

The Zorri name, logo, design, and Platform are owned by Zorriapp LLC. You may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
